Brief Biography
Ms. Stella Handler has served as 012Smile.Communications Ltd.'s chief executive officer since January 2007. Prior thereto and from 1997, Ms. Handler was employed by 012 Golden Lines and served as its chief executive officer from 2002. From 1992 to 1997, Ms. Handler served as the Head of Subsidiary Companies Division of Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd., responsible for control, management and operations of all subsidiary companies. Ms. Handler holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration and an M.A. in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
