People: Lebanese Company for Development and Reconstruction of Beirut Central District S (SOLA.BY)

Mr. Mounir Douaidy serves as General Manager and Financial Director of Lebanese Company for Development and Reconstruction of Beirut Central District SAL (Solidere). He is a Member of the board of Directors of Beirut Waterfront Development SAL, a subsidiary of Solidere in charge of the real estate development around Beirut Marina. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics, and is a Certified Chartered Accountant from the United Kingdom. He has six years of experience with accounting firms in London and 15 years of experience in finance, business, accounting and management in the field of real estate and construction in the Middle East and Europe. Mr. Douaidy was former Financial Director at the Paris headquarters of the Lebanese construction group SOGEX, based in Saudi Arabia, and a former Financial Controller and Financial Director at the Paris headquarters of the real estate group Mac Construction and Stow, based in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf and United Kingdom.
