Mr. William C. Jennings is an Independent Director of Spectranetics Corp. Mr. Jennings is a retired partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he led its risk management and internal control consulting practice from 1991 until his retirement in 1999. Prior to that, Mr. Jennings served as a senior audit partner at Coopers & Lybrand, as a Senior Executive Vice President at Shearson Lehman Brothers responsible for quality assurance, internal audit and compliance and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bankers Trust Company. Since retiring from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Mr. Jennings has provided independent consulting services to a number of companies. Mr. Jennings served as a director of NYFIX, Inc. for four years until December 2007. Mr. Jennings graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Akron and also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida. Mr. Jennings currently serves as a director of Axcelis Technologies, Inc., a public semiconductor equipment company, and Silgan Holdings Inc., a manufacturer of packaging for consumer goods products.
