Mr. Jonathan A. Greenberg is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. in April 2008. Prior to joining Spirit, he was Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer for United Industrial/AAI Corporation, an aerospace and defense company located in Baltimore, Maryland, where he worked since 2004. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Greenberg served as Senior Corporate Counsel for Manugistics, Inc., a global supply chain technology company, where he managed legal affairs for its government, aerospace and defense business. Mr. Greenberg earned his law degree in 1991 from the University of Virginia School of Law, and an undergraduate degree with a double major in Foreign Affairs and Russian Studies from the University of Virginia in 1988. He has been admitted to the Kansas, District of Columbia and New York bars, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, and the federal district courts for the District of Columbia and the Southern and Eastern districts of New York.
