People: Sparebank 1 SR Bank ASA (SRBANK.OL)

Ms. Gunn-Jane Haland has served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Sparebank 1 SR-Bank ASA since 2005, and she has been Member of the Company’s Board of Directors since 2003. She is Chairman of the Company’s Remuneration Committee. She is Special Adviser within market and gas sales at Petoro AS. She joined Petoro AS in 2002, and held such roles as Area Manager for TampenOseberg and Senior Adviser for Strategic Analysis and Commercial Negotiations. From 1987 until 2002, she held different positions at Sandnes Sparebank, most recently as Deputy Director. She is also a former Board Member of Roxar AS. She obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Handelshoyskolen BI (Norwegian School of Management) in 1994.
