Mr. Gregory L. Wilson, has been a Director of Stratasys since 1994. Mr. Wilson has been Chairman of the Board of SimTek Fence, a manufacturer of synthetic fences, since 2007. He was, with his wife Kathy R. Wilson, a co-founder of Mity Enterprises, Inc., a manufacturer of institutional furniture, and served as Chairman of the Board of that company from its inception in 1987 to July 17, 2007 when it was acquired by a subsidiary of MITY Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Sorenson Capital partners, L.P. and Peterson partners L.P. From its inception until May 2002, he also served as President of Mity. From 1982 until 1987, Mr. Wilson was President of Church Furnishings, Inc., in Provo, Utah. Mr. Wilson served as a Financial Analyst at the Ford Motor Company and as General Manager of the Stereo Optical Company in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Wilson also serves on the board of directors of Design Imaging, Inc., Salt Lake City, Utah, and The Central Utah Advisory Board for Wells Fargo Bank.
