Ms. Lisa T. Winningkoff is Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary, Senior Administrative Officer of Stewart Enterprises, Inc. On July 7, 2011, Ms. Winningkoff was appointed Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary while continuing to serve as the Company’s Senior Administrative Officer. Prior to that time, she served as Vice President and Senior Administrative Officer since December 2005. From December 2004 to December 2005, she served as the Company’s Compensation and Benefits Director. From July 2002 through December 2004, she served as the Director of Compliance. She joined the Company in June 1991 and held several financial and accounting positions, including Assistant Treasurer and Director of Financial Reporting.
