Dr. Ann Tsukamoto, Ph.D., serves as Executive Vice President - Research and Development of StemCells Inc. Dr. Ann Tsukamoto joined the company in November 1997 as Senior Director of Scientific Operations; was appointed Vice President, Scientific Operations in June 1998; Vice President, Research and Development in February 2002; and Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for the company’s research and development efforts, in November 2006. In October 2008, Dr. Tsukamoto was appointed Executive Vice President, Research and Development, with responsibility for the company’s scientific and clinical development programs.
