Mr. Mike Power is an Independent Non-Executive Director of St.James's Place Plc., since May 2005. He chairs the Audit and Risk Committees and is a member of the Nomination Committee. He is Professor of Accounting at the London School of Economics and Political Science and Director of the Centre for Analysis of Risk and Regulation. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, an Associate of the UK Chartered Institute of Taxation and a Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management. Mike lectures and writes on risk management, regulation and compliance issues.
