Brust, Robert 

Mr. Robert H. Brust serves as Independent Director of Smith & Wesson Holding Corp. Mr. Brust served as Chief Financial Officer for Sprint Nextel Corporation, a wireless and wireline communications company, from May 2008 until his retirement in April 2011. From February 2007 to May 2008, Mr. Brust was retired. Mr. Brust served as Executive Vice President of the Eastman Kodak Company, a provider of photographic products and services, from January 2000 to February 2007 and Chief Financial Officer of Eastman Kodak from January 2000 to November 2006. Mr. Brust was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Unisys Corporation from 1997 to 1999. He also worked in a variety of financial and financial management positions at General Electric Company from 1965 to 1997. Mr. Brust is a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Covidien Ltd., a developer, manufacturer, and provider of healthcare products, and a trustee for the Nantucket Cottage Hospital. Mr. Brust previously served as a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Delphi Corporation and Applied Materials, Inc. and as a member of the ICG Commerce Manufacturing Executive Advisory Board. We believe Mr. Brust’s extensive financial leadership experience at a number of world class, publicly traded companies, his extensive knowledge of financial and operational practices in manufacturing environments, and his prior board experience with consumer-oriented companies provide the requisite qualifications, skills, perspectives, and experience that make him well qualified to serve on our Board of Directors.
