Mr. Michael J. Berry is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of SolarWinds Inc., since November 2011. Mr. Berry joined the Company as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in March 2010. Prior to this, he most recently served as Executive Vice President, Finance and Accounting, and Chief Financial Officer of i2 Technologies, Inc., a supply chain management software and services company, from August 2005 to January 2011. Prior to this time, he served as Senior Vice President of Solutions Management, Development and Operations of The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, Inc., a provider of software and services to the retail automotive industry since April 2005. He joined Reynolds and Reynolds in November 2003 as Senior Vice President of Services.
