P. Anthony Jacobs is Director of Syntroleum Corporation since November 1995. Mr. Jacobs also served as the Chairman of the Board of SLH Corporation, a predecessor to the company, from December 1996 through the closing date of the merger of Syntroleum Corporation into SLH Corporation in August 1998. Mr. Jacobs served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lab Holdings, Inc., a company principally engaged in the laboratory testing business, from September 1997 until August of 1999 when Lab Holdings merged with Lab One, Inc. From 1990 to 1993, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Seafield Capital Corporation, and from May 1993 to September 1997, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Seafield Capital Corporation. Mr. Jacobs holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
