Mr. David P. Southwell is an Independent Director of THL Credit Inc. Mr. Southwell is currently an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Human Genome Sciences, Inc. Mr. Southwell served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sepracor Inc., a pharmaceutical company, from October 1995 to May 2008, and served as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from July 1994 to October 1995. From August 1984 to July 1986 and from September 1988 until July 1994, Mr. Southwell was associated with Lehman Brothers, a financial-services firm, in various positions within the investment banking division, including in the position of Vice President.
