Mr. David E. Kepler is Independent Director of Teradata Corp., since November 1, 2007. He is the Executive Vice President, Business Services, Chief Sustainability Officer and Chief Information Officer (“CIO”) of The Dow Chemical Company (“Dow”). Mr. Kepler joined Dow in 1975. He was appointed Vice President and CIO of Dow in 1998 and Corporate Vice President in 2001. At Dow, Mr. Kepler assumed responsibility for Business Services in 2004, was appointed Senior Vice President in 2006, with added responsibilities for the company’s sustainability initiatives, and appointed Executive Vice President in February 2008. He also serves on the board of directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and serves as a trustee of the University of California Berkeley Foundation. He also serves on the boards of Dorinco Reinsurance Company and Liana Limited, both Dow-affiliated companies, and is appointed to the U.S. National Infrastructure Advisory Council that advises the President on the protection of critical infrastructure and homeland security issues.
