Mr. Edmundo S. Poggio serves as Director of Regulatory Framework of Telecom Argentina SA. He served as General Director of Strategy and Technological Development of the Company from 2006 to 2007. He also served as Member of the Board of Directors of Fixed-Line Telephony and Member of the Board of Directors of Business Strategy and Corporate Solutions of the Company. He joined Telecom Argentina SA in June 1991. Mr. Poggio served as Manager for the Large Customer Accounts Unit until July, 1993, Manager in the Marketing Department till November 1994, and Director of Regulatory Framework till November 1998. Before that, he served in the Commercial Unit of SADE and in the General Manager’s Office of Microsistemas. He also serves as Alternate Director of Nahuelsat S.A. Mr. Poggio holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
