Phillip C. Widman was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Terex Corp. on September 16, 2002. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Widman served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Philip Services Corporation, an industrial outsourcing and metal services company, from 1998 to 2001, and as an independent consultant from 2001 to 2002. Prior to joining Philip Services, Mr. Widman worked at Asea Brown Boveri Ltd. (“ABB”) for eleven years in various financial and operational capacities in the transportation, power generation and power distribution businesses. During his last two years at ABB, he served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Supply Management of its diverse businesses in the United States. Additionally, Mr. Widman’s experience includes twelve years with Unisys Corporation in a variety of financial roles. Mr. Widman serves as a director of The Lubrizol Corporation.
