Mr. Alfonso de Angoitia Noriega serves as Executive Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Televisa SAB. He has held these posts since 2003 and has been on the Company's Board since April 1997. In addition, he is Member of the President's Office and Member of the Executive Committee of the Company. In the past, he served as Chief Financial Officer. He also was Secretary of the Company from May 1, 2000 to 2001. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Modelo, as well as Alternate Member of the Board of Directors of Univision. He holds a degree from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico.
