Eng. Jose Francisco Serrano Segovia has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive President and Chief Executive Officer of Grupo TMM SAB. He has been on the Company's Board since 1992. He is invited to the Audit and Corporate Practices Committee’s meetings. Throughout his professional career, he has owned several family-owned companies in Mexico since 1972. Among the positions of his professional career are: Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grupo Anahuac SA de CV, as well as Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hules Mexicanos SA de CV. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
