Mr. Joseph M. Zaelit is Independent Director of TeleNav, Inc., since June 2009. Since August 2003, Mr. Zaelit has served as a venture partner of iGlobe Partners Fund, L.P., a venture capital investment firm. Prior to that time, Mr. Zaelit served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Celestry Design Technologies, an integrated circuit design products company, and he also served as chief financial officer of GoRemote Internet Communications, Inc., (“GoRemote Internet Communications”) a publicly traded provider of remote access services that was acquired by iPass Inc. From June 2003 to December 2007, Mr. Zaelit served as a member of the board of directors of InterVideo, Inc., a publicly traded software publishing company that was acquired by Corel Corporation. From November 2001 to February 2006, Mr. Zaelit served as a member of the board of directors of GoRemote Internet Communications. Mr. Zaelit holds a B.S. in accounting and an M.B.A., each from the University of Utah.
