Brief Biography
Keith E. Busse has served as Director of Tower Financial Corp since 1998 and has been appointed as Chairman of the Board effective January 1, 2010. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Steel Dynamics, Inc., a company he founded with two colleagues in 1993. From the time of its founding until May 2007, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer and, since 2007 has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has been a director of the company since its inception. Mr. Busse holds a B.A. in business finance from St. Francis Collage and an MBA from Indiana University.
