Brief Biography
Mr. Gregory Barton is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of TheStreet.com, Inc. since June 4, 2009. He had served as General Counsel and Secretary of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. from 2007-2008; and previously served as Executive Vice President, Licensing and Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary (from 2004-2007) and as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary (from 2002-2004) of Ziff Davis Media Inc. Prior to Ziff Davis, Mr. Barton served in a variety of positions at Index Development Partners, Inc. from 1998-2002, including General Counsel and Secretary (for four years), Chief Financial Officer (for two years) and President (for one year); and before that served as General Counsel of Alliance Semiconductor Corporation from 1995-1998. Prior to joining Alliance Semiconductor, Mr. Barton worked at the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, after graduating magna cum laude from Harvard Law School.
