Ms. Nati Somekh Gilboa is Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Tower Semiconductor Ltd. since October 29, 2008. Prior to her current position she acted as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel since March 2005. She has served as Associate General Counsel of the Company since May 2004. From 2001 until 2004, Ms. Somekh Gilboa was employed by Goldsobel & Kirshen, Adv. Ms. Somekh Gilboa holds an LL.M. and J.D. from Boston University and a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University. She is Member of the Israeli Bar Association and the New York Bar.
