Dr. Pace serves as Lead Independent Director of Transition Therapeutics Inc. Dr. Pace has a B.Sc. from the University of New South Wales and a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Pace is a Director and consultant of QRxPharma, a biotechnology company, since April 13, 2007, prior thereto, co-founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of QRxPharma. Previously, Dr. Pace was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Waratah and prior thereto President and Chief Executive Officer of RTP Pharma Inc. Dr. Pace currently sits on boards of directors of the following public companies; QRxPharma Limited, Celsion Inc., Peplin Ltd., and ResMed Inc.
