Mr. Daniel A. Carp is an Independent Director of Texas Instruments Inc. He has been chairman and CEO (2000-2005) and president (1997-2001, 2002-2003) of Eastman Kodak Company, has gained first-hand experience in managing a large, multinational corporation focused on worldwide electronics markets, with ultimate management responsibility for the corporation’s financial performance and its significant investments in capital and R&D.
