Mr. J. Christopher Naftzger serves as Chief Compliance Officer, Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Unilife Corp., since July 7, 2010. Mr. Naftzger served as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Chesapeake Corporation, a NYSE-traded packaging company for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, from July 2007 to May 2009 and served as Senior Counsel of Koch Industries, Inc., privately held company in the U.S., from June 2006 to June 2007.
