Mr. Paul J. Bonavia is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of UNS Energy Corporation. He is Board Chair and Chief Executive Officer of UNS Energy Corporation (UNS), Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP), and UniSource Energy Services, Inc. (UES) since January 1, 2009; President of UNS, TEP and UES from January 2009 to December 2011; Chief Executive Officer of Millennium Energy Holdings, Inc. (Millennium) since January 1, 2009. TEP, UES and Millennium are wholly-owned subsidiaries of UNS. President of the Utilities Group of Xcel Energy, an electric and gas utility, from December 2005 to December 2008.
