Mr. Ming has served as Vice President, Finance of the USA Truck, Inc since 2005, Chief Financial Officer since August 2007 and Treasurer since July 2007. He served as Controller from 2001 to July 2007. He joined the Company in 2000 as Accounting Manager. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Ming was employed at the Sparks Medical Foundation as Accounting Manager. Mr. Ming is a Certified Public Accountant.
