Mr. Louis R. Chenevert serves as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of United Technologies Corp. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer from April 2008 through December 2009, as President and Chief Operating Officer from March 2006 through April 2008, and as President of the Pratt & Whitney division of UTC from April 1999 through March 2006. Mr. Chênevert is Vice-Chairman of The Business Council, a member of the US-India CEO Forum and Business Roundtable, and is a founding director and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Friends of HEC Montréal. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Cargill, the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation and is Chairman of the Yale Cancer Center’s Advisory Board. In 2005, Mr. Chênevert was inducted as a Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). Mr. Chênevert has been a UTC director since 2006.
