People: Vaisala Oyj (VAIAS.HE)

Mr. Kjell Forsen serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Management Group of Vaisala Oyj since 2006. Between 1986 and 2006, he held several managerial positions within Ericsson, both in Finland and abroad. From 2003 to 2006, he was President of Ericsson Finland. Mr. Forsen is also Member of the Boards of Directors of Helvar Oy Ab, Finnish Foundation for Technology Promotion, VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland and International Chamber of Commerce Finland, as well as Chairman of the Research and Innovation Committee of Confederation of Finnish Industries. He holds a Licentiate of Science degree in Technology.
