Mr. Robert J. Hurst is Independent Director of VF Corporation. Mr. Hurst has been a Managing Director of Crestview Partners LLC, a private equity firm, since 2005. Mr. Hurst was Vice Chairman of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., an international investment banking and securities firm, and head or co-head of Investment Banking from 1990 to 1999.
