Mr. Peter I. Bijur has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Volvo AB since 2006. He also serves as Member of the Company's Audit Committee. During the course of his carrer, he has held numerous positions with Texaco Inc and retired as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 2001. Mr. Bijur is Member of the Board of Directors of Gulfmark Offshore Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing.
