Mr. John J. Gavin, Jr., is an Independent Director of Vistaprint NV. He served as Chief Financial Officer of BladeLogic, Inc., a provider of data center automation software, from January 2007 through June 2008, when it was acquired by BMC Software. Mr. Gavin also serves on the boards of Qlik Technologies Inc., a provider of business intelligence solutions; and BroadSoft, Inc., a global provider of residential and business Voice over IP applications. From April 2004 through December 2006, Mr. Gavin was Chief Financial Officer of Navisite, Inc., a provider of information technology hosting, outsourcing and professional services. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Gavin was a member of the Board of Directors of Ascential Software, which was acquired by IBM in April 2005. From February 2000 through December 2001, Mr. Gavin served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cambridge Technology Partners, a consulting firm, which was acquired by Novell, Inc. Prior to his work at Cambridge Technology Partners, Mr. Gavin spent twelve years at Data General Corporation, a manufacturer of computing equipment that was acquired by EMC Corporation, including serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gavin also spent ten years at Price Waterhouse LLP, an accounting firm, in various accounting and audit positions including as Senior Manager in charge of multi-national audits. From February 2009 until its sale in August 2012, Mr. Gavin also served as a member of the board of directors of Consona Corporation, a privately held provider of customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning software and services. Mr. Gavin is a certified public accountant.
