People: Verigy Ltd. (VRGY.O)

Mr. Gayn Erickson has served as Verigy Ltd's Vice President, Memory Test since February 2006. Prior to our separation from Agilent, Mr. Erickson served as Vice President of the Memory Test Business within the Automated Test Group of Agilent beginning in May 2005. Prior to assuming that position, Mr. Erickson served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Agilent's Memory Test Business from August 2004 to May 2005. He served as Senior Marketing Manager of Agilent's Memory Test Business from 2000 to 2004. Mr. Erickson holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
