Kristen Robinson has served as Verigy Ltd's Vice President, Human Resources since February 2006. Prior to assuming that position, beginning in November 2005, Ms. Robinson served as Vice President, Human Resources of the Semiconductor Test Solutions Business of Agilent. Ms. Robinson served as Vice President, Global Compensation and Benefits, of Agilent from May 2004 to November 2005. She served as Strategic Human Resources Manager of Agilent from 2001 to 2004. Ms. Robinson was an Operations Manager of Agilent from 2000 to 2001. Ms. Robinson holds a BS degree in accounting from Boston College and an MBA degree from Northwestern University. She is a member of the Human Resources Policy Institute and a Council Member of the Conference Board.
