Ulyukaev, Alexei 

Mr. Alexei Valentinovich Ulyukaev has been Member of the Supervisory Council at Bank VTB PAO (former Bank VTB OAO), since 2002. From July 6, 2016 until December 14, 2016 he occupied the post of Chairman of the Bank's Supervisory Council. He is Chairman of the Strategy and Corporate Governance Committee of the Bank. He has been Member of the Bank's Supervisory Council since June 25, 2015. He previously also held this post at the Bank from 2002 until June 20, 2014. He was also Member of the Strategy and Corporate Governance Committee, and Member of the Audit Committee at the Bank until 2013. Since 2015 he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors at Korporatsiya MSP AO. Since 2013, he has been Russian Minister of Economic Development. He also serves as a Member of the Supervisory Council of Sberbank. From 2004 to 2013, he served as the First Deputy Chairman of the CBR. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Ulyukaev served as the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Russia and Full State Counselor 1st Class of the Ministry of Finance of Russia. From 1999 to 2000, he served as Deputy Director of the Fund Institute for Economy in Transition. From 1998 to 1999, he served as a Deputy Director of the Institute for the Problems of Economy in Transition. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Ulyukaev was a Member of the Moscow City Duma. Mr. Ulyukaev graduated from the Economics Department at Moscow State University (Lomonosov Moscow State University) in 1979. He received a Doctorate in Economics in 1998. In 2001, he was awarded with Certificate of Honor of the Russian Government, in 2006 with Order of Honor and in 2004, Honored Economist of the Russian Federation. He also received Letters of Gratitude from the Russian President and the Russian Government.
