Mr. David Bonderman has held the position of Independent Member of the Supervisory Council at VTB Bank OAO since June 3, 2011. He is also Member of the Strategy and Corporate Governance Committee at the Bank. Additionally, he is President of TPG Investment Fund. Mr. Bonderman serves on the Boards of Armstrong Worldwide Industries, Inc., CoStar Group, Inc., General Motors Company, and chairs the Board of Directors of Ryanair Holdings, plc. He is also a Member of Board of Directors of the following non-profit organizations: The Wilderness Society, The Grand Canyon Trust, The University of Washington Foundation, and The American Himalayan Foundation. In 1992, he founded Texas Pacific Group investment fund. Between 1983 and 1992, he was Chief Operating Officer of the Robert M. Bass Group, Inc. (now doing business as Keystone Group, L.P.). Prior to 1983, he was partner in the law firm of Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C., where he specialized in corporate, securities, bankruptcy and antitrust litigation. From 1969 to 1970, he acted as Fellow in Foreign and Comparative Law, he studied Islamic Law in the American University in Cairo in conjunction with Harvard University. Between 1968 and 1969, Mr. Bonderman was Special Assistant to the U.S. Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division, and from 1967 to 1968, Assistant Professor at Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans.
