Brief Biography
Mr. Leonid Adolfovich Melamed has held the position of Independent Member of the Supervisory Council at VTB Bank OAO, since 2012. He is Member of the Bank's Remuneration and Staff (Human Resources) Committee. Since 2012, he occupied the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors at CJSC Team Drive. Between 2011 and 2012, he acted as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at AFK Sistema OAO. From 2010 until 2012, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at NK Russneft' OAO. Prior to this, between 2008 and 2010, he was also President, Chairman of the Management Board and Member of the Board of Directors at AFK Sistema OAO. Mr. Melamed graduated from Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy in 1992. He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree.
