Brief Biography
Mr. Siu Fai Wong, FCPA, ACA serves as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Executive Director of Walcom Group Ltd. He has over 25 years financial and accounting experience. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He had been the group chief accountant of a business conglomerate and then the finance director of a venture capital fund. Prior to joining Walcom in 2006, he was a consultant assisting clients to prepare for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE). He is currently an independent non-executive director of TC Orient Lighting Holdings Limited, a company listed on the HKSE.
