Dr. Laurie H. Glimcher, M.D., serves as an Independent Director of Waters Corp., since January 1998. Dr. Glimcher is the Stephen and Suzanne Weiss Dean of the Weill Cornell Medical College, Provost of Medical Affairs Cornell University. From 1991 through 2011, Dr. Glimcher served as the Irene Heinz Given Professor of Immunology at the Harvard School of Public Health and Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Glimcher is a director of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and a member of the National Academy of Sciences and the Institutes of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences.
