Mr. Mark D. Crawford is Independent Director of Washington Banking Company and Whidbey Island Bank, subsidiary of the Company. He is the president of Smokey Point Concrete, Inc., a position he has held since 1986. He is a board member and past-President of the Washington Aggregate & Concrete Association and is an Advisory Board member for Youth Dynamics, Arlington WA. Mr. Crawford is extremely involved in the community, particularly with youth activities, devoting a lot of time to coaching and attending local sporting events.
