Mr. Joseph C. Henry is Senior Vice President, Co-General Counsel of Weatherford International Ltd. He was appointed Vice President – Legal in June 2009, Vice President and Co-General Counsel in December 2009 and Senior Vice President in March 2012. He joined the Company in 2003 and became Associate General Counsel in 2006. Prior to joining, Mr. Henry was an attorney with an international law firm in Houston from 1995 to 2001 and served as in-house counsel with other energy companies from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Henry holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law.
