Mr. Eckard Heidloff has been President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board at Wincor Nixdorf AG since January 29, 2007. He began his career at Nixdorf Computer AG in 1983, where he held various posts in accounting and controlling. He assumed responsibility for Group Accounting and Controlling at Nixdorf Computer AG in 1989 and, in 1994, was appointed Head of Business Administration for business with retail solutions and banking self-service systems. From 1998 on, Mr. Heidloff served as Executive Vice President of Siemens Nixdorf Retail and Banking Systems GmbH and, from October 1999 to May 2004, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wincor Nixdorf Holding GmbH. With the Company’s stock flotation in May 2004, he became Executive Vice President and CFO of Wincor Nixdorf AG. On October 1, 2005, he assumed additional responsibility as Chief Operating Officer for worldwide manufacturing and logistics.
