Brief Biography
Mr. Frank is Chairman of the Board of the Company. He is a director of Aegis Insurance Services, Inc., Puget Energy, Inc. and Northrop Grumman Corporation. On January 1, 2002, Mr. Frank retired as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Southern California Edison, the largest subsidiary of Edison International, a power company, where he had served since June 1995. From 1990 until 1995, Mr. Frank served as the President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Florida Power & Light Company. Prior to that, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TRW, Inc. and the Vice President, Controller and Treasurer of GTE Corporation.
