Mr. Robert J. Bahash is Independent Director of WMS Industries Inc. since 2007. He served as President of McGraw-Hill Education, an operating segment of The McGraw-Hill Companies (NYSE: MHP), a global financial information and education company, from November 2010 until he retired in June 2012. Mr. Bahash worked for The McGraw-Hill Companies since 1974 and held a number of finance-related positions, including previously serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for The McGraw-Hill Companies. Mr. Bahash is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Executives Institute, and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
