Brief Biography
Mr. Paul F. Manley is Lead Independent Director of Watsco Inc. Mr. Manley has been retired since serving as Executive Director of the law firm of Holland & Knight from 1987 to 1991. From 1982 to 1987, Mr. Manley served as Vice President of Planning at Sensormatic Electronics Corporation. Prior to 1982, Mr. Manley served as the Managing Partner of the Miami office of Arthur Young & Company. Mr. Manley was elected to the Board in 1984 and is the Co-Chairperson of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Compensation Committee.
