Mr. Timothy I. Maudlin is Lead Independent Director of Web.Com Group Inc., since January 2007. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Maudlin was also a director of Sucampo Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed pharmaceutical company, a position held from September 2006 to February 2013. Since May 2008, Mr. Maudlin has been the Chair of the Audit Committee, the Lead Director since May 2010, and the Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee since March 2012 of Exact Target, Inc., a NYSE-listed cross-channel, interactive marketing company. From August 2008 until its sale in 2011, Mr. Maudlin was a director of MediaMind Technologies, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed advertising management solutions company. Mr. Maudlin served as a managing partner of Medical Innovation partners, a venture capital firm from 1989 through 2008. Mr. Maudlin is also a member of the Board of Newegg, Inc., a privately-held ecommerce company, and he is Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and a member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Maudlin is a certified public accountant and holds a BA from St. Olaf College and a M.M. from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
