Christopher J. Margolin, Esq. is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of XOMA Limited. During his time with the Company, Mr. Margolin has been responsible for the legal and intellectual property function and, at various times, the business development, human resources and licensing functions. Prior to joining us in 1991, Mr. Margolin was a corporate attorney holding several different executive legal positions for Raychem Corporation, an international high technology company, for 11 years. From 1975 to 1980, he was a division counsel for TRW Inc. and from 1972 to 1975, he was an associate at the law firm of McCutchen, Black, Verleger and Shea in Los Angeles. Mr. Margolin holds a B.A. from Princeton University, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
