Brief Biography
Ms. Anne M. Mulcahy has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Xerox Corp. effective July 1, 2009. She has served as Chairman of the Board and was Chief Executive Officer of Xerox Corporation. She joined Xerox in 1976 as a sales representative and held various sales and senior management positions. Named Vice President for Human Resources in 1992; Chief Staff Officer in 1997; Senior Vice President in 1998; and Executive Vice President in 1999. Elected President and Chief Operating Officer in May 2000, Chief Executive Officer in August 2001 and assumed the additional role of Chairman on January 1, 2002.
