Mr. Gary R. Kabureck is Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Xerox Corp. He is also a corporate officer, appointed in 2000. He is the interface with PricewaterhouseCoopers on all matters of consolidated significance; and maintains, develops and interprets accounting policies. Kabureck joined Xerox in 1985 after a 10-year career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. During his tenure at Xerox, he has assumed increasing responsibility in managing and directing accounting policies, standards, procedures and controls. He also served as the vice president of financial services for the North American Solutions Group from 1997 to 2000. Most recently, he served as assistant controller and chief accounting officer for the corporation. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting in 1975 and a master's degree in business administration and finance in 1982, both from the University of Bridgeport (Conn.). He is past president and current member of the Financial Executives International (FEI), Rochester (N.Y.) Chapter. He currently is a member of the FEI's national Committee on Corporate Finance.
