Ms. Yafei Wang is an Independent Director of Xueda Education Group. She is Director since 2008 and was determined to be an independent director in February 2011. Ms. Wang has over 20 years of experience in management and corporate finance matters. She has been an associate professor of the Guanghua School of Management of Peking University since 1995 and an independent director of Li Ning Company Limited since 2002. Ms. Wang received her MBA degree from Lancaster University Management School in the United Kingdom in 1990 and her bachelor’s degree in international politics from Fudan University in China in 1981. From 1985 to 1986, Ms. Wang was a visiting scholar at the University of Maryland, College Park in the United States.
